So how have you been doing this past week? Whether it was a good week, a bad week, or a so-so week, how have you been taking care of yourself this week? Have you made time for yourself, even if it’s only a few minutes? Have you taken the time to do something you enjoy? Think about this today, and throughout this next week. Have you enjoyed laughter? Have you taken deep breaths? Have you gotten enough rest? Maybe there’s something else you know you want to do for yourself, something that would make you feel wonderful - ask yourself if you’ve done it this week, and how you plan to keep finding the time and motivation to do it. It’s important.
